Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid LarBooks subscriptions and limit expansions sold by LAR Solutions Sp. z o. o., Władysława Grabskiego 10C/7, 47-223 Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Poland (NIP: 7492124851, REGON: 543720700).

1. Digital services

LarBooks is a digital SaaS product. Paid plans and expansions provide immediate access to higher limits and features after successful payment.

2. Consumers in the EU/EEA

If you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By starting to use a paid digital service immediately after purchase, you may be asked to consent to early performance and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once the service has begun. Where that consent was not properly obtained, statutory withdrawal rights may still apply.

3. Business customers

For business (B2B) purchases, fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by mandatory law or where we agree otherwise in writing.

4. When refunds may be granted

• Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges caused by a technical fault on our side.
• Service unavailable for a prolonged period solely due to our failure, at our discretion as a goodwill or partial credit.
• Cases required by applicable consumer or payment law.

5. Non-refundable items

• Consumed usage within an active paid period (invoices/accounts created under expanded limits).
• Free plan usage (no charge).
• Failure to cancel before renewal when renewal terms were clearly presented.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a paid subscription so it does not renew for the next period. Access typically continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancel via Billing in the app or by contacting us.

7. How to request a refund

Email or write to LAR Solutions Sp. z o. o. with your account email, invoice/payment reference and reason. We aim to respond within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe where possible.
